There is nothing bad that I could say about the product. I love how well it matches my hair. Everyone thought it was my hair, because of how well it blends with my natural hairThis is a cute ponytail. It's long enough to wear high but short enough to wear low. I really like it. However the ad shows 2 ponytails and I only got 1. Not sure if that's an oversight or not because no one from customer service will get back in touch with me. The only other thing is the cap us rather large and that makes it difficult to pull tight, but it's nothing a few long bobby pins can't fix.Love my clip ins so far. Great wear, no shedding....only thing has a slight odor so must wash few times before use.Pro: washed it and put leave -in conditioner and made the curls softer and look more realistic.Con: drawstring is super cheap. Mine NEVER worked from when I first pulled it out the bag. So cheap comb AND drawstring.I would have returned it if I hadn’t needed it for that day it arrived. I ended up using Bobby pins to secure it.Has a fish odor even after washing but overall the texture is nice and softI just received the 18” kinky curly drawstring ponytail today and I am extremely happy! First of all, I haven’t worn a clip on ponytail in decades. I am natural and mostly wear my hair that way. I came across this style as I was researching ideas for vacation hair. Didn’t have time to get my hair braided. I searched for hours, stumbled upon this, looked at other options, until I decided that this seemed like the best option for a reasonable price. I love big hair so I was searching for something full as well as soft and quality. I was excited, yet, nervous and did know what to truly expect. The hair arrived in a plastic bag with the company logo. It doesn’t appear too full in the packaging, but, once you take it out, you can see that it has good density. I was also pleasantly surprised that there were 4 combs because I thought that there would only be 2. Extra security! I tried it on, fluffed it up and it looks AMAZING! I just cowashed it and there was very minimal shedding (barely any). I did notice a few red strands of hair so I had to take those out. Hopefully it still looks good when it dries. I’m very satisfied! Also, the hair does seem to be a true natural black color. I have a mixture of 3b, 3c and 4a hair. This seems to blend pretty well, especially the more you play with it.The ponytail is thinner than I had hoped, but it's a nice texture and the waves are cool. I washed it and it looked even better.perfect!!
