They simply asked for a photo of the stitching, offered a possible way to fix it, AND are sending me a replacement.I’m so happy because I LOVE this product!Original review:“I only wore it once (and loved it!) but the stitching on the end has come undone and small sections of hair have begun to fall off.I’m hesitant to ask for an exchange because this color and texture match is SO perfect and I don’t know if all of them are exactly the same. I’m hoping there is a way to have it repaired or have them send a matching replacement.Otherwise it’s fantastic and I can’t wear it again if I can fix it.”
